The switch that activates the noise cancellation is broken. I know that this is the problem because before it totally broke, it had a bad connection, and I would have to jiggle it to get it to work. Now the noise cancellation will not activate at all, and the blue light remains unlit. Can anyone tell me how to remove the housing for the headphone without damaging it? I'm guessing the wire inside will need to be re-soldered. thanks!
