Removed Listings "Circumvention of Fees"
I had some listings removed by eBay, I know for definite that other sellers on eBay are using the same wording that got my items removed.
Yet despite my reporting these items to eBay, they still haven't removed the other sellers items!
I have contact them at Customer Support, they have told me that action has been taken, yet the said listings are still live on eBay.
Everytime I contact eBay I get the same reply, but nothing is being done about it, what can I do?
eBay have said that all sellers should abide by the same rules, but it's not happening in this case!

Then stop selling emails
just dont put anything like ill send u the info on how to get it by email or dont put ur phone number in and say that contact me so that i dont have to pay ebay fees or anything similar to that such as putting ur paypal accnt in there and telling the buyer to pay u directly so tht u can cancel the listing to get ur fees back
if u continue to do this they;ll bann ur accnt just like mine got banned
and some of them got removed while the others didnt because one of two things
ebay doesnt have the time to go through all the 6 million auctions each day
or someone reported u and when they did they didnt report every listing only some of them
