Paid $40,000. for a new kitchen including all new Jenn-Aire appliances only to find out that due to a design flaw, condensation & drips accumulate behind the beautiful black glass on the oven door with no way of cleaning it. Jenn-Air says it is a cosmetic issue and will not warranty it. According to them, you must pay for a service call each time it gets dirty and they will take it apart and clean it for you at your expense.
I am looking for assistance to remove the door and take it apart ourselves for cleaning. I understand that there everyone with this oven has the same problem, but Jenn-Aire will not step up to the plate and admit it has a design flaw. Jenn-Aire will not tell me how to take it apart (too complicated to tell me over the phone). You would think they might cover the first visit to show you how to do it, but they will not.
