There is a power problem with this tv. when the power cord is inserted into the AC outlet, the indicator light/lamp blinks two or three times and remained off. i check all components in power section they seems to be ok. please give me a clue. i have no service information, service diagram or repair manual. i have no where were to find information. please help. thank you
