Find out what an F1 code for your dryer means. Google it, with your make & model. When you know that, it will tell you what the dryer thinks the problem is, and probably what to do next. Since you replaced the board, it could just be a loose or mis-connected wire.

It may just be the thermostat is bad and needs to be replaced.
