I have a 20" DCL LCD monitor (I believe it is made by Sceptre). When turned on, the blue LED light in the front comes on for two seconds, and then turns off. After doing some reading, I have come to the conclusion that the Inverter Board is bad. I've opened it up, and taken out the inverter board. There are definitely some bad (bulging) capacitors. I would replace them, but the board itself looks poorly put together, and I think it would be more time and resource efficient to replace the entire board, rather than cleaning up the board and tracing the problem(s). However, I am having troubles finding a replacement board. I have reached out to Sceptre and am awaiting a response. Does anyone know where to buy a replacement board for a DCL20A or DLC 20 (not sure which is the product number. I've searched both) online? Thanks in advance, HG
