Replace photoconductor unit
Hi the mssg. replace photoconductor unit keeps appearing on our Gestetner Dsm 725e. We were told to replace the drum unit. I have ordered two new drum units and replaced them but the mssg. is still there,not to mention it only prints blank pages. However, when the old drum unit is placed it prints fine.

take all paper out. check to see if any paper is jammed in the rollers
go to application folder for your computer, dbl click icon for make of printer, for settings, check to ensure everything is order.
lastly, check make of printer trouble shooting web site for more information
