Replaced a hp 8150 with a ricoh 8200. When duplexing, ricoh starts on back side of paper rather than front. So when using 3 hole punch paper, punched side on a duplexed page is opposite side of a nonduplexed page.

That is the way duplexing works. Both sides of the page are read into memory and then the second page prints followed by the first page after the paper turns around.
Turn you paper stack over so the the 2nd. page prints correctly on the page and the first page should be fine. If it does not, please let me know and we can take some steps to look at the data going to the printer.

I'm sorry, I thought you were only doing duplexed jobs. My error.
Okay, let's start again. When running single-sided print jobs, the image is correctly placed on the page, correct? It's only when you switch to duplex mode, that you get the failure, correct?
Is this printer a laser printer using either a PostScript emulation or one of the several PCL emulators? If it is an inkjet, I will tell you up front that I cannot bust into the target="_blank" rel="nofollow">[email protected] and I see if I can fix them and in the process tell you what is going on.
