In most projection televisions if a solid light comes on there isn't anything wrong the bulb there is a problem with one of several cards in the back of the television. I'd check for over heating damage on your imput cards, the Controller card that is connected to said input card, or the relay card that controls the tube output. Keep in mind you did order a part off of Ebay which is untrustworthy in and unto its self.
