Replaced our shower cartridge and the shower head is leaking. We have checked all the reasons that we know of and still no luck. Our old cartridge was Bradley and the new cartridge is Plumbmaster. we were told this was the right one

No they are not the same. the plumbmster parts are hair smaller, and it doen't fit correctly.
