Report "Replaced the heads because of bent valves after the water pump went out on a 2002 dodge intrepid with 2.7 liter engine. The motor will idle fine but wont rev up, just revs up a little and then back down and so on with the gas peddle held to the floor,cavitates up and down. The two engine codes indicate camshaft position sensor failure and intermitant failure so the sensor was replaced and the engine still does the same thing and the engine codes are still the same. what else could be wrong that would cause this?"
