Replaced trim ring and handle, now hot is cold ,cold is hot
I was putting in new tile in the shower, water had been drained from the system for about a week ,installed new trim kit and it's like the valve has reversed itself,put old trim back on and it's the same as the new.

Remove the handle and turn the stem of the cartridge 180 degrees then put your handle back on.
