Replacement circuit board
My treadmill works sometimes and sometimes not. Usually, the incline works while the motor speed control does not. The problems is intermittent. I don't have any other issues with the motor, belt, or display when the board is working. When it doesn't work, the speed control section is frozen.

Test and see carefully the main motor, +loose cables+solder cool+bad contact+corroded terminal wires. Clean+Tight wires.Of course retight terminal fuses or breaker. And observes the videos +Tips Carefully.

Before you exchange the PCB, i had just suggesting to Test many things for to avoid , the expensive PCB.
However you must undertand that Treadmill Fitness, is Very Complicated Electronic
Equipment, with advanced electronic computer.
For that reason I did suggest that you tried many things.
For example the PCB, receive power for 12VDC, or 5vdc, for the main drive board.
Do you have some strong background for to make the Test to the power supply to the PCB? If you can , do it.
That will be better a good idead to exchange or PCB or Drive Board Faulty. Since the power supply is coming from the Drive Board to the PCB(Display and controller). Now try to make the test and you have Very powerful conclusion. If you need further assistance, reach me. sincerely.
