Will the GSEH3K replace my existing non-workng AE200 (676 NT 684 NT Nutone air exchanger from 1985)?
My house is 985 sq. ft. Will the new unit fit in my garage rafters where the old unit is?
Is there a dealer or Air service company in my Tacoma WA 98408 area to do the job?
Thanks for any help you can offer. I called Nutone and the service dealer they suggested had never done a replacement and could't offer any other dealers.
