Replacing Hampton Bay 3-speed pull chain fan switch. I do not have the original wiring diagram. I have a new ZINGEAR pull switch and need to wire L, 1, 2 and 3 with available wires: black, white and b
Original switch would only function on high speed and when I disconnected the switch I did not take a picture of the wiring pattern.

If this doesn't work you have the wrong switch. It might look the same on the outside but that doesn't mean it's the same on the inside. You might want to check your capacitor to make sure it's not going bad!
