Hello. I have a 220 volt whirlpool ACE 184 XPO heat/cool window unit. I would like to know how to wire the thermostat and mode selector module (colors of wires to which terminals?). I have to replace the thermostat and the mode selector and am not sure if the wires are on correctly because of a disgruntled renter. the copper thermostat bulb somehow shorted out inside the wiring area and so I haven't been able to get heat or ac. the fan still comes on when powered on though. Thank you for any help.
