The seal with shield on the propeller shaft does not seem to be seating straight in the housing assembly. We purchased a new seal with shield and seal and was expecting to recieve instructions when ordering but recieved no instructions. Can't get through to Minn Kota no matter what time of day we call, always get busy signals.
