Request for diagram of this piece of equipment
I am rxperiencing electrical problems to the inside wall switch and need to take the fan down to examine the connnections. The original instructions are not available. Please advise the best way to take this fan down to inspect the power source.

Well what you do is: find the circuit breaker to the lights that control the particular fan and shut it off! then at the ceiling if your fan is hanging by a rod then you can unscrew the 4 screws at the base of the fan and let the base drop to the fan and you should see the wires blue red or black and white there the black wire that is connected to the small wires from the fan goes down to you switch. I hope this helps you.
For caution: make sure to turn off the breaker so you do not shock yourself.
