It was elsewhere on this site that i found the solution: we were using distilled water in an effort to avoid scaling (our tap water is ++ hard). It was suggested that distilled water cannot conduct a signal to the Giotto that water is present...hence the flashing "no water" signal. When we switched to tap water: no problem. Thank you to the mystery guest who figured that one out.It was elsewhere on this site that i found the solution: we were using distilled water in an effort to avoid scaling (our tap water is ++ hard). There is a water level sensor at the bottom of the tank, probably is stuck. Examine it very carefully.
