Set or change your smartphone password: If you forget your BlackBerry smartphone password, it can't be recovered. You can reset your password without knowing your current password by deleting all your smartphone > On the home screen or in a folder, click the Options icon.
Click Security > Password.
To set a password, click Set Password.
To change your password, click Change Password.
Type a password.
Press the key > Save.
To turn off your smartphone password, clear the Enable checkbox.
