Reset kurio tablet where no emails are necessary
I have done a factory reset on my 7r old tablet and that should have let us start from fresh with no previous data questions asked. However, the tablet is asking for previous information which i don't have because shes 7 and cant remember what she used.

A factory rest requires no previous user information.
Your tablet could not have been set up with HER information. It is probably asking for yours as the parent, as that is what i used to install apps bought for the tablet. from Kurio. Try the forgot password option using your email address. If that doesn't work contact Kurio support https://www.kurioworld.com/k/us/parents/support/contact?product=kurioWatch#device. They should be able to use the device serial number to locate your account information.
