Reset password for my secret world dsi
I bought my secret world used for my daughter and it still has the previous owners password can i reset it or bring it back i tried the left right and all buttons

Hey i found the perfect solution ..,. go onto the game and when the password page pops up, you need to hold down every button including the L and R buttin at the same time !!!!!!......a question will ask if you want to reset all data click yes and it will lead you to create a new password
The DSI I have you cant hold down the L
/do this when the ubicon sign comes up not the password page!!!!
