Master reset passwords say unsupported character

Dear all i have a problem in my samsung corby pro i just lost my phone security code but i could not find any solution in the net every one said *2767*3855# or*2767*2858# but this not working bcoz i need to change phone security lock any hav idea about it? plz

I forget my sumsung password

Take forth keyboard on the phone's dashboard, and type the code that guy wrote. then it will work a little, then restard.

The master reset code works just fine. it resets also the history of your bluetooth connections. thank you for the helpful thoughts.
