When computer boots you can click the Setup key(PF2) when it flashes during startup. sometimes you can get access or if you can get into DOS you can search for the files but not likely these days. these days you can save the password to flash drive in case lost or forgotten. if you have a pc but cannot use it because you did not own it or password unknown, you should restore the pc to manufacture default. without disks(restore) you have to have a Windows Operating system(XP, Vista, 7 or 8) and reinstall the operating system. this will make you format hard drive or put on different partition. All other files that were on pc will be wiped out and it will be like having a new pc. it will take hours to restore if it is an older pc because all updates will have to be done too. good luck
