residue on the glasses. I would have to wiipe them off every few minutes. Then - yesterday I dusted my furniture, and discovered the white haze I had been wiping off my reading glasses, was also covering my furniture. I had noticed the white haze on the front of the humidifier, but really didn't think much about it, until I found it all over hard surfaces in my house. I am returning the humidifier tomorrow. It is model SUL2324. A Ultrasonic Humidifier. Please respond. What shoudl I buy in it's place. I really need a humidifier running in my house. Im not going to recomend a humidifier because I need one myself and have not went shopping yet.
I would like to opinionate an explination on the white haze.
The humidifier is putting moisture in the air -water is much much heavier than the air - water is much much heavier than dust particles also.
therefore my theory is that the moisture is combining with the dust or whatever is already in the air and then eventually settling. perhaps if this is correct you may want to do some checking around in your home or furnace ducking or even furnace filter. The dust could even be coming from a little pin hole in your clothes dryer exhaust hose.
