Restaurant Pro Express - my client workstation isn't speaking to our server workstation at my restaurant. Wireless network working fine. On client workstation, trying to re-configure database so it will reconnect, but I don't know the default password to the database. I put in 'cresql' and all the other information. Anyone know the default RPE database password? I never changed it...and it's not 'admin'

The default user is 'sa', the default password is 'pcAmer1ca' for the database.
the password is "pcAmer1ca" (just like that except the quotes) and the server name shouldn't be localhost, it should be the actual name of your server computer (you can find that through ipconfig /all, or by right clicking 'my computer' then going to 'properties')
I get an error message saying my remote server and database names are the same as the local.
For the client, I put in:
Server Name: localhost
Database Name: cresql
Instance Name: PCAmerica
Username: sa
Password: PCAmerica
Seemed to accept the password but wouldn't connect with the server database.
try putting the IP address of the server in the SERVER NAME field.
