Rice cooker goes to "keep warm" mode before rice is cooked
It used to stay in "rice cooking" mode for about 15 mins before it detects rice is cooked and automatically clicks over to "keep warm" mode. Now it stays in "rice cooking" mode for a minute or so before clicking over to "keep warm" mode; the rice stays sitting in water completely uncooked.

He's right, its a bad thermostat, but if you call tiger customer service they will fix it for less than what a new one costs
