Check the R.H. auger my guess is you have a shear pin that has broken and needs to be punched out and replaced. If it rotates freely (cleaned out of snow) then that's likely your problem. You can prove that by watching the shaft the auger is riding on if the shaft moves with the auger shear pins ok. If the auger moves seperate from the shaft the shear pin is at fault.
