I just got these speakers yesterday along with my computer (which uses windows 8) I plugged them in and at first it seemed like my right speaker (the one with the volume control) wasn't working at all, however, I unplugged the left speaker entirely and the right speaker does work, it's just much, much softer. I had to turn the volume right up to get any sound out of it. Is there any way to fix this? I know it's not the computer because when I plug my headphones into the computer port both sides work just fine.
