Rimage Prism Plus - Disc tray won't close and getting 4 flashes on error light, any help?

Hi Guys, bought a secondhand unit and when turned on I printed a test disc which came out in poor quality. When I tried to close the tray I can hear the print head/motor working but the tray doesn't close and I get 4 flashes which is something to do with the print head. Any help appreciated!
