Ringing sound when TV is off
There is a loud ringing sound when the TV is turned off and plugged into the power outlet. Is there any way to fix this?

Change the power supply board. What you are hearing is the switching power supply. They work at high frequency and sometimes produce lower ferquency harmonics that can be heard by people.
