Rings twice and goes to general mailbox
I have a Nortel T7316E. The phone lines ring twice before going to a general voicemail. It used to ring 4 times before going to the auto attendant that would prompt caller to dial an extension. How do I change back?

Just have to go into vmail system and change the the number of rings till the vmail system answers (in this case 4); check your greeting table make sure the right one is assigned to the lines in question (each line can have a diiferent one or the same); and also make sure the right greeting is assigned to the greeting table you want to use.
Do you have a program manual? If so, it has some sample proramms that would give you a "picture" of this is done, plus flow charts.
