I use the Rio for audio books. When I get to the end of a book the screen goes tio the SPOKEN WORD menu. The background light is on and it will not turn off. I tried the reset at the top but that did nothing. If I let the battery run out and recharge it is ok until the end of the next book...Any suggestions?
