Riso RZ 220UI
Original is on platin, print side down. Copies come out blank. Fresh cartridge is in place. Error "d04-534" is blinking. Manual says it could be wrong cartridge, or cartridge could be dirty. I checked both, to no avail.

1-need to find out if image is on the drum, make a copy and stop it open and look is there toner on the drum itself? yes then the problem is with the Seperation
2-No, then the problem is with the Transfer
