RC2800, SN R2579592, 120v, 6a No Power, no light, no movement at all. Power supply is good, cord/plug seem good. Repair Manual? Parts Manual? Repairman in Wash DC area? please help, suggestions welcome

You will need to find a "small appliance repair shop" in your area, most likely the main PCB has failed, it controls the motor. Check the yellow pages.
