Rocker keys unresponsive
The "rocker keys" for the volume control and the channel changer require a lot of effort to get a response. The remote will be 3 years old on 12/09/08. Is there a way to clean these keys or does logitech repair units?

I had the same problem on my 676. I split the casing and cleaned the contacts and the bottom of the buttons with isopropyl alchohol about a month ago. Works fine now.
