Rod won't return to upright position
I just recently bought a bowflex xtreme 2 se and when I try to use it, there is slack on one side and the rod will not return to its original position. Its almost like the cable is too long.

I know with my bow blex the cable was always twisting, I had to take it off and turn it around
First, make sure you have routed cables exactly as shown in assembly manual. After that, be very sure that all sliding pulleys are symmetrically positioned; this means looking at the bowflex head on down the middle, all pulleys on the left are in "mirror image" positions on the right. I know that as I get used to my Xtreme, I continually make the mistake of not postitioning the pulleys properly, and then wonder why one set of cables seems longer than the other. Hope this helps you or someone else looking in.
