Won't keep connection even though the internet signal is still there. I can go to settings and connect to my wireless network and then go back to my channels and select a service and it fails. I then go back to settings and it's not connected. Time after time. I have not watched anything on this device yet.

Reset the Roku using the button on the back, Go through setup again.
I had a similar problem with Netflix on my Roku last night.
I had to remove the channel, Add the channel again, and resupply my email address and password for Netflix and it started working, again.
Other channels, it may give you an access code and an email address where you have to enter the code.
