According to you the router of your player can't synchronizenetwork with the player.
first insert the card of the player properly.
If the router is wired with your player then check the ethernetCable. You can check the cable with Lan tester. if there isproblem then change the cable.
If the router wireless then keep the router within the range of theplayer. Look the signal strength bars above your network name.
if you don't get a strong signal then try to rotating or moving yourplayer even in few inches to synchronize with router.
You may need to enter password if your network security is turnon.

I think the previous solution doesn't help you. Anyways check your internet connection. Because roku need a high speed of internet
connection at least 1.2 Mbps or more. Insert the card also properly.
For internet provider slow or bad network may happen it. Wait for
the link up or contact with your internet provider. You can go to the nearest roku service center.
