Roller brush spins
My problem is my roller brush still spins even when it's in the locked upright position, causing burns in my rug. What do I need replaced to resolve this issue?

The roller brush will turn as long as the sweeper motor is running no matter what brand you have. Turn it off as you return it to the upright position.
