I parked down hill and when i put the tribeca in reverse in rolled down excessively and I heard a loud noise when I put in in park to reverse, when it did that, and it rolled forward again and I had to put my left foot on the brake and hit the gas with my right so I could go in reverse, the dealer saids it's normal, i don't think so

It is normal when parking on a hill or grade. Use your parking brake and dont put it in park untill it doesnt roll forward anymore. When leaving put it in reverse before taking off the emergency brake. Here is a tip for you. Get a wheel chock or two and park against them if you always park on a hill.
No, it is not normal. Most people use only one foot when driving, no matter the conditions. However, in this situation I think you may be able to recover this issue by keeping your left foot on the brake, put the car in gear, LIGHTLY apply the gas then slowly remove your foot from the brake. However, I would strongly recommend that you take your vehicle to a shop that can service your transmission and see what they say. It could be just a simple adjustment.
