Roomba 4210 won't start

Battery charges (holding 15.34V after charge), but unit won't run. When I press Clean button, Power button turns red and I hear a 4 note song (which implies battery not charged).

Lift Roomba off the floor and place it in the center of the room and restart the clean cycle.

If Roomba did not resume cleaning, lift Roomba and turn it over.* Inspect the Side Wheels for dirt or obstructions.

Test the Side Wheels by pushing them in and out and making sure they rotate freely. Place Roomba in the center of the room and restart the clean cycle

Thanks for the suggestion. When I remove unit from charger, get no lights from buttons when pushed. Wheels are free and clean. Only diagnostic is 4-tone song when on charger, and red status light comes on. If push any of the other buttons (Clean, Spot), get a single low pitched tone.
