I have rosetta stone version 3.4.7, when i open the software it asks me to choose a user name but then the screen goes grey, I contacted rosetta stone and they deleted the tracking file which worked but the only way to open the software is to delete the tracking file each time which means i'm not making any progress i have to start from the beginning each time, anyone know how to fix this?
