Rotor spins while charging
If i charge the copter with the helicopter power "off" the blades spin as the charger is plugged in. If I switch the helicopter to "on" the blades stop but the battery doesnt seem to charge since the lights drain it

You have a bad flight control board. There may be a loose wire near 5be charge port making fontact wi5h the output circuit for the main rotors. Good luck
