Try to reset your modem and router by unplugging them from the back, the adapters. Plug the modem back in first and then the router. They will take a minute to come back up then try to connect again. If this doesnt work try the following. Go to start and type in cmd in the search bar. It will bring up a black box with a C: in this space type in the following.. ipconfig /release it will go through a short process and bring you back to the C: again. Next type in ipconfig /renew this will renew your ip address. Type exit and see if you are getting your signal. Between the 2 of thses things, one or both of them should get you back connected.
