This is my 3rd Rowenta iron in 3 yrs. Suddenly, this one will not heat. I used it, unplugged it and later plugged it back in but it will not heat. I shook it around to see if auto off/on was engaged but to no avail.
Should a Rowenta iron last only one year and if so, why is the price so high? I keep thinking perhaps I got a "lemon" but after the 3rd. iron in as many years, perhaps Rowents = Lemon.
Any suggestions to see if this $50.00 is down the drain too?
