I PURCHASEDROWENTA "UNPERFECT" IRON MODEL DZ6700. Within 2 weeks. it started leaking. I was able to return it to store and get a replacement. That next one started leaking and every time I went to use iron, it was sitting in a puddle of water.After turning it on it would shut itself off within 5 minute. I returned to store again. I was unable to get a refund but they did replace it free of charge. I am now waiting on this to start leakingand shorting out but I have already purchsaed a replacement at Target.(14.99) I have learned to always have a back-up iron if you own a Rowenta iron.
