Roxio EMC 7.5 cannot burn videowave production to dvd builder get error signature event type :BEX when i do. have used roxio for years and now get this error code???????
That doesn't sound like a problem with Roxio. Sounds more like a problem with windows. First up start windows in Safemode with networking. If you dnon't know how to start it in this mode restart your PC and start pressing F8 till you see the advanced start up options. Press the arrow keys to highlight Safemode with networking and press enter. Once windows starts in safemode search for the file dbfhelp.dll(it is DLL not d11). Find the file create a copy of the file and then replace it with the file here
Please let me know the OS and service pack of you are using so that we can try something more specific with that particular OS. As for the typing error sorry about that. We all make mistakes don't we. I have linked you to the correct file though.

Am sorry for my late reply, I haven't been around for some time. Did you try to uninstall all Roxio and all its components? In most cases the components might be corrupted.
Uninstall all of its components, then reinstall a fresh copy.
Also let me know if this problem recently started or it started as soon as you started using it.

It will be helpful if I have the complete error code coz there are several BEX error codes like BEX:P1, BEX:P2 etc.,

If you have been using Roxio and the error messages have just begun, then you current installation files are corrupted.
To solve this problem, you are goin to have to uninstall the current installation of Roxio, then install a fresh copy.
This should solve your problem.
