RPM Racing Hi there, I am actually doing this for a friend of mine...he has a 06 Scion and the RPM while in park will race...one goes high and then slows...I believe...someone mentioned he might of put gas from a station that had bad gas...I believe when he is driving on the highway the rpm's are fine and the vehicle drives fine...any suggestions

Tell him there is a sensor plugged inline with the air intake system (airfilter) unplug it and start the car he will get a check engine lt but if the car idles that sensor is the problem.
