I have a SMART2200RMXL2U UPS. When I connect this ups to a protocol analyzer by using it's RS232 port (COM2 written on ups), I didn't see any coherent data flowing on analyzer. What is the RS232 configuration(like 8N1 etc..) of this ups? Also I need the message passing formats(commands,initialization etc..) of this ups. If you have any idea or experience on this ups, please share with me.
